| Returns |
e Dental Mart offers a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase for any UNOPENED product ordered from e Dental Mart. We reserve the right to charge a 20% return fee for any non-defective unopened products returned to e Dental Mart. Customers will be responsible for return freight charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please be familiar with the item you are purchasing. Products that have been OPENED cannot be resold and as such return not acceptable .
e Dental Mart requires a return authorization number (RMA) for any product being returned. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. Customers need to provide a sales order number and reasons of return to obtain a RMA number. Please contact our customer service department before returning any products. We recommend that you reference your RMA number on the outside of the return package and ship e Dental Mart authorized couriers only. |
